Strolling in Cambridge.
Today I visited Jesus College, Magdalene College (and their chapels) and Westcott House - I also found a superb church with fine works by William Morris and Sir Burne-Jones. I found these smaller Colleges rather charming and their atmosphere quite reflective - Jesus and its Medieval feel and Magdalene with its fascinating grounds and lovely details - and so was Westcott House, the local Anglican seminary. The Churches in the neighborhood were also especially remarkable: All Saints', a Victorian masterpiece with works by Morris and Burne-Jones, in fact, as well as some beautiful views on the river Cam, enriched by the presence of lovely Tudor houses.
